J Walter Wilson Mailroom Renovations

Providence, RI

Description:  Design Build Project which involved the full renovation of the existing mail-room and associated services along with extensive upgrades to finishes and mail routing equipment. Work includes removal of existing mail-room footprint, reconfigure mail-room while it was an active operation, new restrooms, lobby desks, electrical and HVAC.

Chemistry & Biology Classroom Reno

Warwick, RI

Description:  Interior renovations to the entire Chemistry & Biology departments.  The project included demolition of the existing facilities new teaching walls, lab equipment, and an updated HVAC system to maintain air quality and reduce heat loads from the lab equipment.

Maddock House Exterior Facade Reno

Providence, RI

Description:  Design Build Project for summer of 2015 which involves the historical renovation of the front entry façade of this Alumni Building. Work includes removal of existing front entry foundation, new footing, new front landings, bluestone, pavers, concrete, new frameless glass walls and doors.

Dr. Johannes Virks Building - Phase 1 & 2

Cranston, RI

Description:  56,000 sq ft multi phased project of a historical medical building located on the Pastore Complex in Cranston, Rhode Island. The 4-story building with basement was fully gutted with extensive environmental remediation, all windows removed and new historical windows installed, new slate roof, lightning protection system, full rebuild of monumental staircase along new custom ornamental railings.  A prefabricated central utility building was installed onsite as well as all new layout on 4 floors that were transformed into new office space with high end finishes, new elevators and ADA upgrades throughout.

RI Department of Transportation Maintenance Facility

Portsmouth, RI

Description: Construction of new 23,000 sq ft high bay maintenance facility constructed as a pre-engineered metal building structure with a one story 5,000 sq ft masonry building attached as administrative space. Feature of the project includes new mezzanine space in maintenance facility, vehicle lifts, de-icing brine tanks, fueling stations, hose lube stations, extensive new parking lots and high bay access doors.

RI Fire Academy Training Facility

Exeter, RI

Description: 8,300 sf masonry structure addition to an existing vehicle bay complex where the State of Rhode Island performs daily fire training.  Building consists of split face veneer, alucobond paneling, energy efficient storefronts with integral sunshades, R-28 roof, and translucent panels.

Fogarty Hall Nutrition & Food Science

Kingston, RI

Description:  Tenant fit out of Fogarty Hall for University of Rhode Island. This project was to move the Food Science Program from ranger Hall to Fogarty Hall and involved extensive MEP upgrades, new food labs, fume hoods, commissioning and new finishes throughout.

Description:  Rejuvenation of first floor lobby area including new finishes, MEP upgrades as well as exterior upgrades which include new bus shelters, site upgrades to walkways and ADA Upgrades to all areas involved.
